Dr. Huan Meng Mills is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist who specializes in cataract and refractive surgery, minimally invasive glaucoma surgery, and comprehensive ophthalmology. She also provides botox, fillers, and laser skin treatments. Prior to joining Eye Care Specialists, Dr. Mills was an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology and ran a busy clinical and surgical practice in addition to teaching ophthalmology residents and medical students at UMass Chan Medical School.
Dr. Mills graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. After her undergraduate training, she spent several years at the Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute in Baltimore where she focused on translational science in Fuchs Dystrophy and Keratoconus in addition to coordinating clinical trials of corneal cross-linking. She then completed her Medical Degree at the UMass Chan Medical School and was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. After medical school, she completed her residency in ophthalmology at Tufts Medical Center/New England Eye Center in Boston. She has been invited to present at numerous regional, national, and international conferences including the New England Ophthalmological Society, American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology.
