Our Services

At our ophthalmology clinic, we offer a comprehensive range of eye care services to meet the diverse needs of our patients

Cataract Surgery

A cataract is a clouding of the eye’s natural lens, which lies behind the iris and pupil. It causes blurred, cloudy, or dim vision and can make it difficult to read, drive, or see clearly in bright light. Cataracts are common with aging but can also occur due to injury, diabetes, or certain medications.

Corneal Cross-Linking (CXL)

Corneal cross-linking (CXL) is a treatment that strengthens the cornea — the clear, dome-shaped surface at the front of the eye. In conditions such as keratoconus, the cornea becomes thin and weak, causing it to bulge outward into a cone shape. This leads to blurred or distorted vision that glasses or contact lenses cannot fully correct.

Light Adjustable Lens (LAL)

The Light Adjustable Lens (LAL) is an advanced intraocular lens (IOL) used in cataract surgery. Unlike standard lenses, the LAL can be customized after surgery using special ultraviolet (UV) light treatments to fine-tune your vision for the best possible clarity and focus.

PRK (Photorefractive Keratectomy)

PRK (Photorefractive Keratectomy) is a type of laser eye surgery that reshapes the cornea to correct vision problems such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism. It was the first type of laser vision correction and remains a safe, effective, and proven alternative to LASIK, especially for patients who are not ideal LASIK candidates due to thin corneas or certain corneal irregularities.

Refractive

Refractive surgery is designed to reduce or eliminate the need for glasses or contact lenses by reshaping the cornea (the clear front part of the eye) so that light focuses properly on the retina.

LASIK

The most common laser eye surgery. A thin flap is created on the cornea and lifted. A laser reshapes the underlying tissue to correct vision, and the flap is replaced. Benefits: Quick recovery, minimal discomfort, rapid vision improvement. Ideal for: Patients with stable prescriptions and healthy corneas.
